INITIAL SUPPORT AND TRAINING
- Franchisor / Franchisee Interface
A senior representative of the Franchisor meets with the Franchisee and personally explains the business ethics and modus operandi of the Assisted Home Nursing franchise business. Advice is given.
- Operations Manual
Upon payment of the franchise fee, the Franchisee is then handed a comprehensive operations manual. This step-by-step “handbook” provides detailed information and guidance about every aspect of the Surecare business, including the set-up, financing, stocking and staffing aspects of the business.
- Site Selection and Set-up
The Franchisor inspects and approves the proposed territory for the business and ascertains the viability, prior to the Franchisee’s signing of the agreement.
- Initial Training
The Franchisee thereafter undergoes an intensive (10) to (15) day training period. Topics covered by the Franchisor.
ON-GOING SUPPORT AND TRAINING
- Telephonic Assistance
Each Franchisee is provided with the cellphone number of a senior member of the Franchisor team and is encouraged to telephonically seek assistance whenever it is required.
- Email Directives
The Franchisor constantly updates the Franchisee and stays in touch via e-mail.
A newsletter is circulated to all Franchisees, informing them of technological advancements in communication, new Surecare Franchisees, marketing strategies, handy hints, etc.
- Mystery Clients
The Assisted Home Nursing Franchisor engages individuals (unknown to the Assisted Home Nursing franchisees), to inspect operators at random times. These mystery clients must then report back to the Franchisor. In this way the Franchisor can critically and objectively assess the reasons for any problems a Franchisee may experience, and then offer suggestions for the resolution of any such problems.
- Franchisee Visits
A senior member of the Franchisor personally visits each Franchisee at least three times per year. Any problems are addressed and resolved.
