We were trained in Cape Town and received as much support as we asked for. We pretty much followed instructions and the rest took care of itself.

The challenges I have facedbr>

During the economic down turn we faced challenges with cash flow and had to look at doing other things to broaden our services offered.

My advice to someone thinking of buying their first franchise br>

Don’t try to reinvent the wheel. Follow the recipe it will save you a lot of headaches.

My plans for the futurebr>

For the immediate future we will carry on doing what we are doing now. Long term not sure.
