The backup and support has been great. They have trained me in everything I wanted to know and what I could know in the past 6 months.

The challenges I have facedv It is difficult getting to know the suppliers and to establish the lead times for delivery.

My advice to someone thinking of buying their first franchise
You must be committed and recognise that it will take up a lot of your time. Don’t try to re-discover the way making this business succeed - the wheel of this car is already in a direction and they know where they are going to.

My plans for the future
I want Dis-chem Nelspruit to be one of the top pharmacies in the country, who are actively involved in the community and provide great customer service.
