Franchisee Training

Full training is offered for Franchisee, Management and Staff. Training is a Four Week programme - consisting of 2 Weeks Theory Training and 4 weeks practical within our designated Training Store.

Week 1 - In-store - Store orintation and practical training - all staff and franchisee

Week 2 - Support Office Theory Training for all staff and franchiseee with practical work in the evening at the training store

Week 3 - Support Office Theory Training for Management and Franchisee with practical work in the evening at the training store and staff continue with thier in-store training

Week 4 - In-store - Practical Training in store and the final dry run before the store opens  

During Theory Training - Assessments/Tests on a daily basis and a Certified Scooters Pizza Certificate is issued on passing of tests.

Monthly schedules are sent out for all training to allow existing stores to send new or existing staff for training or refresher training.

Franchisee Support

Each store is allocated a Franchise Consultant.

Franchise consultants visit stores on regular predetermined intervals and offer support to the franchisee on a range of subjects including the standard of operations.
